Large D-Ring Insert Block — Piranha Lox® Wide-Opening Kennel and Stable Tie-Off Point for Dogs, Horses, and Heavy-Duty Attachment Hardware
The Kennel Gear Large D-Ring Insert Block brings a wider welded steel wire D-ring tie-off point to any Kennel Gear surface mount, bar mount, or compatible mounting system. Built on the same Piranha Lox® insert block used throughout the Kennel Gear lineup, it drops into the surface mount built into every compatible Kennel Gear mounting system and locks in place without tools — putting a secure, reusable tie-off point on any wall, bar, fence, post, or vehicle mount already in place. The wider D-ring opening accommodates heavier attachment hardware and larger leash clips, halter ropes, bolt snaps, quick releases, and bull snaps.

The larger D-ring opening makes this version the practical choice when the attachment hardware is bulkier — heavy-duty bolt snaps, thicker halter ropes, or wide-clip leashes that a 1 7/8" D-ring would be too tight for. In a boarding or training facility with multiple mounting points already installed across runs and walls, the insert block drops in and out of any surface mount in one motion, giving staff a fast, tool-free way to add or move a tie-off point wherever it’s needed in the workflow. Note: The Large D-Ring Insert Block has not been load tested. Users are responsible for evaluating suitability for their specific application and animal.
