Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are in original, unused condition and are returned in their original packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer a replacement, substitution, or refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase after the initial 30-day period, we are still happy to assist you. We will evaluate your return request on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, substitution, or refund. Please note that returns outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.
  • The original packaging, including manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories, must be included.
  • Any items received with attached tags must be returned with those tags intact.
  • Packaging (including original manufacturer’s containers) must be unmarked and undamaged.
  • Multi-item sets or packs must be returned in full; individual items cannot be returned separately.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our Returns Department.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Normal wear and tear items, including those damaged as a result of everyday use, are not eligible for return.

Return Process and Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 10 business days.

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship a replacement product once the original item is received. Please note that the shipping cost for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping and Insurance

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and request a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Using a service that offers tracking (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking) will ensure that your return is properly traced to our warehouse. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged during shipping.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance.
